Connect to Support Bradford is a website for all adults and families in the Bradford district.

You can use this website to:

  • Discover helpful information and advice
  • Browse hundreds of local groups and activities
  • Find a Personal Assistant
  • Find out what events are happening across Bradford
  • Search and shop for products and services to support you

Who is Connect to Support Bradford for?

This website is for anyone in Bradford district who is over 18 and thinks they need some social care help to live independently. It is also for people who are caring for someone. It can be used by people outside the Bradford district who want to find information for a relative or friend living in the area.

Where do I look for the right help?

Information & Advice

You can use the information and advice page which has been designed to provide you with a complete overview of key information and advice items. These items range from self-care support through to high level nursing care. The items appear as icons and contain hyperlinks to essential webpages which we hope will help you gather information to fulfil your enquiry.

You can select ‘Menu’ and then click on ‘Information & Advice’ on the navigation bar at the top of the webpage, this will also take you to our Information & Advice landing page.

Community Directories

You can find our Community Directories by clicking on the ‘Community Directory’ button on the homepage or by selecting ‘menu’ then ‘Community Directory’ on the navigation bar at the top of the webpage.

We have split the community directory into 3 sections, to help you find the groups and activities that are local to you:

  • Bradford
  • Shipley, Baildon & Bingley
  • Airedale & Wharfedale

You can use the filters along the top of the directory to refine your search or type a key word or phrase into the search bar.

Search and Shop

Our Search and Shop feature allows you to find providers of care and support services that are suitable for you or those you care about.

Through this feature you can find providers, see what services they offer and place orders.

Can Connect to Support Bradford help carers?

Yes. In the Information and Advice section of the site there is a section called ‘Carers’ where you can find out about local support.
