We deliver a person centred service working together to support a fulfilling life for the people with learning disabilities and or complex needs.

We encourage all individuals to work with their key worker’s in setting new goals and targets that they can strive to reach ensuring continued new skills are learnt and progress can be monitored. Equally important to maintain the skills individuals have taken some time to acquire and to be maintained.

This ensures 2 to1 support to meet moving and handling requirements for personal care and transfers. We have both ceiling and mobile hoists to ensure appropriate transfers and have shower changing beds in both our changing rooms. You would be required to bring your pads, we will provide all the other cleaning and protective hygiene equipment.
