Making Space Carer Support Service

Are you caring for someone with mental ill health?
Do you need help or advice, or someone to talk to?

Our experienced and dedicated staff can provide you with expert advice and guidance, and support you to have more choice and control over your own life.

This may include:
• One-to-one support
• Your right to a carer’s assessment
• Signposting services for you and the person you care for
• Accessing ‘direct payments’
• Information on medication
• Carer respite
• Access to education or leisure activities
• Welfare benefit advice
• Access to support groups
• Emergency Planning

The service operates (office) Mon- Fri 9am-5pm but carers can be seen out of hours either at our office, your home or in the community.

Please note the price shown is a typical cost for this service and is dependent on your individual needs and requirements. Once these have been discussed we can confirm a price.
