About this provider

Creative Support is a not for profit provider of personalised services with over 25 years’ experience of supporting people to enjoy their lives and reach their full potential. We are experienced providers of support services for adults with mental health needs, substance misuse issues, learning disabilities, autism spectrum conditions and people who are facing or at risk of homelessness.

We provide a range of services across the Bradford District, most of which are commissioned by Bradford Council.

Alongside our commissioned services we also run a number of support and activity groups, including our newly launched ‘Community Allotment Group’ which has been developed in partnership with a number of community groups.
