- Description: Comforting Care are CQC registered to provide care and support to Adults and Children. Because Comforting Care provide to the entire age spectrum and to people with many varied needs, we offer “no obligation” home visits, allowing both an understanding of the individual and their personal requirements. Based on compatibility, we will select a small number of candidates who are suited to the prospective service users needs needs. We then offer staff profiles containing personal and professional information allowing service users to make an informed decision. Prior to commencing the service, we arrange for the selected small staff team to informally meet the service user to ensure compatibility. We create bespoke comprehensive care/support plans and risk assessments for all services, we then monitor and regularly review, adjusting the service (and plans) to meet the individual’s needs. Comforting Care offer real choice and control over the services we provide and passionately believe in finding the very best (cost effective) solutions to meet our service users ever changing needs. We enable people to take control of how their services are planned and delivered and all our services are bespoke to meet the specific requirements of the individual customer. Our services include: • Support exactly when needed • Personal Assistants selected by the customer • Personal care. • Administration/assistance with medication • Attending appointments. • Health promoting safety & wellbeing • Domestic assistance. • Food preparation • Sitting (day/evening/night) • Support in the community • Holiday support (long/short breaks)
