SNOOP have been serving Bradford for 25 years, providing high quality service, support and care. We are the only provider in the Bradford District to cover the whole age range and variety of needs and support of both children, young adults and their parent/carers.
With qualified and experienced staff, many of whom also have lived experience, SNOOP offers a diverse range of daytime activities for young adults with learning disabilities, Autism and disabilities and complex needs. Choice and control over what to engage in, develop and focus on rests firmly with the individual. Our services are highly person centred and a typical day is structured as follows: Initial social time - Activity 1, Chill and Chat, Activity 2, Lunch, Activity 3. Service users are able to choose from the following menu of activities: Exercise, Music, Life and social skills development, Healthy eating, Baking, Crafts, Meditation, Reading and writing, Money management, Games and quizzes, ASDANAccredited Awards (Learning) , Pool, Sensory room and Garden activities, Sewing, Crafts, Woodworking, Independence skills training, Out and about in the community activities, Social groups, ICT skills development, Podcasting, and the Bradford Safe Place Scheme known as the Help I'm Lost Card project.
Our operational times are as follows:
Monday: 9 am - 5 pm
Tuesday: 10 am - 4 pm
Wednesday: 9am - 5 pm
Thursday: 10 am - 6 pm With 3 pm - 6 pm being PFA (Preparation for Adulthood Focused)
Friday: 9 am-5 pm
