Vaccination Programme - Second Dose

It is really important that everyone has their second dose of the Covid-19 vaccination to ensure that they are fully protected. If it has been 12 weeks or more since your first dose, please contact the vaccination centre where you received your vaccination as soon as possible to make an appointment, or refer to the national booking system to manage your appointment via the following link:

https://www.nhs.uk/conditions/coronavirus-covid-19/coronavirus-vaccination/book-coronavirus-vaccination/

The second dose of the vaccine must be the same type as the first. Unless instructed otherwise, you must also have your second dose of the vaccine at the same hub that you received your first, please use the relevant contact email below to request your second appointment if you are unable to arrange an appointment through the national booking system.

If you have moved into the Bradford area since receiving your first dose, please contact the Covid-19 Support Team on 01274 431999 for support.
