What do we offer?
We offer CQC regulated support. We offer 24/7 support Our support offers 1:1 , 2:1 personal hours We provide person-centred care, follow strength based approaches. We provide opportunties and choice, so our residents have the best quality of life, and can achieve their goals.

Referrals should be made through allocated social worker and enquiries made to the telephone numbers or emails above
What facilities do we have?
We have 4 properites in different areas of Bradford which have own bedroom, some ensuite, shared communal areas and lovely gardens.
Do we offer respite care?
No
How is the service managed, Housing or Care?
Commissioned care is delivered by Creative Support. Tenancies are currently with an external landlord
What is the size of the setting/building?
1 shared house with 4 x bedrooms all ensuite 2 x 3 bedded bungalows with some ensuite and some shared bathrooms 1 x 2 bedded bungalow with shared bathroom
What areas do we support in?
We provide supported living accomodation for people with learning disabilities, physical disabilities, autism, complex behaviour, mental health and offer poitive behavioural support

All our houses are set in nice areas and have lovely gardens.
