We provide a supportive day centre for individuals (young adults and adults) living with dementia, mental health issues, learning and physical disabilities, sensory and communication impairments, and other challenging needs. Our aim is to support people to live happily, safely, and feel part of a community again.

Our day centre serves as a haven where individuals with diverse needs can come
together to engage in meaningful activities, build connections, and cultivate a sense of
belonging and empowerment. With a dedicated team of experienced staff, we strive to
create a nurturing space where everyone feels valued and supported. Services offered

Who do we support?
At Justintime Healthcare, we embrace diversity and provide inclusive support for

How can you access this service?
To access our services, you can:
Contact us and pay directly if you are private or self-funding, or
g et referred through your Social Worker or the Council's Information and Advice
Hub.
How long can we support you for?
Our support varies based on the service provided:
Daytime activities and overnight care,
Early help and prevention,
Autism, and neurodiversity.
Some services are time-limited interventions, e.g., reablement (up to 12 weeks)
