What do we offer?
We offer flexible, person-centred care and support to help people live safely and independently in their own homes. Our services are tailored to individual needs and delivered with dignity, respect and compassion.
Support can include help with daily living, personal care, companionship and practical tasks. We work closely with individuals, families and professionals to ensure the right level of support is provided and reviewed regularly.

How can you access this service?
This service can be accessed by contacting us directly by phone or email. We accept self-funded enquiries as well as referrals from local authorities and professionals. An initial discussion and assessment will be carried out to ensure the service is suitable.
How long can we support you for?
Support can be provided on a short-term or long-term basis, depending on individual needs. The length of support is flexible and reviewed regularly.
What facilities do we have?
We have a fully equipped office base and a team of trained, DBS-checked staff ready to provide care in clients’ homes. Our staff have access to the latest mobility and care equipment to support individuals safely. We also have reliable transport to assist clients with appointments and community activities.

This service is managed as a care service. Our experienced care team is supervised by qualified managers who ensure high standards, staff training, and person-centred support at all times.
What is the size of the setting/building?
This is a home-based service providing one-to-one or small group support in clients’ own homes. There is no central building, and support is delivered across the local area.
What areas do we support in?
We provide support across Bradford, Pudsey, and the surrounding areas.
