We have extensive experience delivering supported living services, helping individuals maintain independence in their own homes or shared accommodations. Our approach is holistic and recovery-focused, fostering confidence, resilience, and self-reliance. Individuals 18+ with a primary mental health diagnosis with eligible care needs.
How long can we support you for?
Referrals should be made by allocated Social Worker or CPN. If no allocated worker please contact your relevant community mental health team.
What facilities do we have?
• Care Signature owns fixed properties; as well as source accommodations based on the unique needs of our clients, ensuring suitability and comfort. With a dedicated resource fund available, we collaborate with reputable landlords and housing providers to secure self-contained flats or shared accommodations that meet specific requirements. • We have successfully supported individuals in various accommodations, promoting their independence and recovery journey. Our experience includes working closely with housing providers to ensure properties meet the specific needs of each client, fostering a safe and empowering environment. • At Care Signature, we combine our expertise, values, and resources to deliver flexible, high-quality care and accommodation solutions that meet the needs of our clients and support their journey toward independence.
