What do we offer?
We provide regulated Domiciliary Care and Supported Living services to adults who need support to live safely and independently. Our services include personal care, medication administration, meal preparation, community access, daily living skills, emotional support, reablement support, and bespoke packages for individuals with learning disabilities, autism, mental health needs, and complex needs.
Who do we support?
UK Health Kits Ltd supports adults across North Yorkshire and surrounding areas with a wide range of needs, from low-level home care to highly complex health and social care requirements. We provide person-centred support for individuals with learning disabilities, neurodivergence, complex mental health needs, dementia, complex lives, and those receiving individualised commissioning. We also assist adults preparing for adulthood, older people requiring domiciliary care, and individuals needing short-term or reablement-style support such as home-from-hospital care. Our focus is on enabling independence, promoting wellbeing, and delivering safe, consistent, and compassionate care within people’s own homes and communities.
How can you access this service?
UK Health Kits Ltd’s services can be accessed through local authority or NHS referrals, hospital discharge teams, social workers, or by contacting us directly for privately funded care. We accept referrals from professionals, families, and individuals, and our Registered Manager carries out a prompt assessment to ensure the right support is put in place.

What facilities do we have?
We operate a fully staffed local office covering Scarborough/Whitby and Bradford areas, with 24/7 on-call, digital care-management systems (Nourish), electronic MAR charts, governance and auditing systems, and a trained multidisciplinary support team. We have a 3 bed in Manchester and a 7-bed facility in Scarborough.

How is the service managed, Housing or Care?
Where supported living is provided, housing partners manage the accommodation, and UK Health Kits provides the regulated care and support.
What is the size of the setting/building?
A dedicated team of trained carers, senior support staff, team leads, coordinators and management, with staffing scaled safely based on the number and needs of individuals supported.
What areas do we support in?
Bradford District including: • Bradford City • Shipley • Keighley • Bingley • Manningham • Girlington • Surrounding areas We also support individuals who move into supported living placements commissioned by Bradford.

• All staff trained in Medication, Moving & Handling, PBS, Autism, LD, Dementia, Safeguarding and emergency response

• Strong track record of partnership working with Local Authorities
• Able to accept new referrals with immediate capacity
• Compliant with Bradford Choice & Control requirements
• Flexible support from a few hours per week up to 24-hour packages
