What do we offer?
All our services are tailored to each client’s individual needs and are available single or double carer on a flexible basis from half hour visits to 24-hour care waking nights, sleeping nights,365 days a year.

 Personal Care including physical assistance
 Domestic Assistance
 Shopping
 Social Care
 Supporting to promote one’s independence which may include in finding suitable housing or accessing education or any other empowering activity.

what facilites do we have ?
We currently have properties with various landlords, ensuring seamless coordination between accommodation and support services, providing stable, accessible housing for our service users to meet their needs.


Referrals should be made by allocated Social Worker or CPN.
If no allocated worker please contact your relevant community mental health team.
