Fortix Ltd provides person-centred supported living services for adults with mental health needs across the Bradford District. We work alongside individuals to promote independence, recovery, and meaningful engagement in daily life. Our skilled support workers offer practical and emotional support tailored to each person’s needs, enabling them to live safely and confidently in their own home. Our services include help with managing tenancies, developing daily living skills, accessing community resources, attending appointments, and building resilience through personalised support plans. We take a recovery-focused, strengths-based approach that prioritises dignity, choice, and positive outcomes for each individual we support.

We support adults aged 18 and over who are living with a range of mental health needs, including anxiety, depression, schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, personality disorders, and complex emotional needs. Our service is suitable for individuals who require support to maintain their tenancy, improve their wellbeing, and build independent living skills within a community setting. We work with people at different stages of their recovery journey, including those transitioning from hospital or residential care into more independent accommodation. Support is tailored to each person’s goals, preferences, and level of need, with a focus on promoting autonomy, confidence, and meaningful inclusion in everyday life.

Individuals 18+ with a primary mental health diagnosis with eligible care needs.

Referrals should be made by allocated Social Worker or CPN. If no allocated worker please contact your relevant community mental health team.

Fortix Ltd works in partnership with housing providers to offer high-quality, fully furnished supported living accommodation across the Bradford District. Our properties include self-contained flats and shared living environments, all designed to promote privacy, safety, and independence. Each setting is risk assessed and adapted to meet individual needs, with access to 24-hour staff support where required. All properties are located close to local amenities, public transport, and community services, enabling individuals to maintain routines and engage with their wider community. We ensure that all living environments are safe, well-maintained, and conducive to recovery and stability.
