What do we offer?

Non regulated support empowering individuals to lead independent and fulfilling lives. We are able to offer shared hours, waking nights, sleeping nights and individual personal hours. Home Group understands the importance of empathy and compassion in providing support and assistance to individuals in need. We prioritise and seek to understand the journey individuals have been on in order to support their emotional and mental health needs; this is the foundation of our support.

Who do we support?

Individuals 18+ with a primary mental health diagnosis with eligible care needs.

How can you access this service?

Referrals should be made by allocated Social Worker or CPN. If no allocated worker please contact your relevant community mental health team.

How long can we support you for?

No time limit for accessing services.

What facilities do we have?

Home Group has access to a large footprint of general needs housing stock across Bradford District ranging from 2, 3- and 4-bedroom properties.
