How can you access this service?

Here is how a client can access our services in 3 simple steps: 1. Initial Inquiry The first step is for the client or their family to reach out for a friendly chat. You can do this by: WhatsApp / Text: Send a quick message to +44 7845 936538 to request a callback. Phone Call: Call the office on 01274 271480 to discuss your specific needs. • Website: Visit www.withlovecare.co.uk and fill out the contact form 2. Home Visit & Free Consultation Once you’ve made contact, a member of the team will arrange a free home visit. • This is an informal meeting to get to know the individual. • We discuss likes, dislikes, and exactly what kind of help is needed (e.g., "I need a walk every Tuesday" or "I need help with shopping on Fridays"). • We match you with a compatible companion who shares your interests. 3. Start Your Support There are no long waiting lists for these services. • Once a plan is agreed upon, we can often start support within a few days. Special Offer: Don't forget, your first companionship or walking session includes an extra free hour to help you settle in!

How long can we support you for?

Here is how we structure our support timing Hourly Visits: Most of our clients start with 1 or 2-hour calls for companionship, meal prep, or local walks. Extended Support: We can provide long day or night support for those who need someone around for several hours to help with chores, errands, or simply to provide company and safety. Flexible Scheduling: You can book us for a one-off errand or schedule regular visits several times a week. Short-Term vs. Long-Term Support Short-Term Respite: We can help for a few weeks if a regular family carer is on holiday or if you are recovering from a minor illness and just need a temporary hand. Long-Term Companionship: Many of our clients see us as a permanent part of their routine, building long-term friendships with our staff over many months or years. No Long-Term Contracts: We want you to stay with us because you love the service, so we keep our arrangements flexible. Our Current Specialty As we are currently offering non-regulated care (support without personal care), our visits focus on social engagement and domestic tasks. As your needs change or as our CQC registration completes, we can discuss how to evolve that support with you.
