  • Community Engagement Programs
    Our programs connect Service Users with their local communities through organised social activities, outings, and events. These may include group trips to cultural events, parks, or recreational facilities, helping service users enjoy meaningful experiences and social connections.
  • Skills Development and Training
    We offer a variety of training programs and workshops to empower service users with skills for active community participation. These may include courses on communication, computer skills, job readiness, or personal hobbies and interests, fostering confidence and capability.
  • Accessible Spaces and Activities
    We ensure community spaces and activities are accessible for service users with disabilities or mobility limitations. Our services focus on removing physical, architectural, and communication barriers so that everyone can fully engage and participate in community life.

Needs of People Using the Service: Individuals with a range of needs including elderly care, physical disabilities, dementia, and mental health support. Our service is designed to offer assistance with social inclusion activities as well as supporting to day services.
