Sygma Healthcare (UK) Ltd- Supported living for Mental Health
Bradford Provider List
Sygma Healthcare (UK) Ltd, a CQC-registered provider of domiciliary and supported living services for adults and children with mental health needs, learning disabilities, autism, and complex behaviours.
We are proud to be an approved provider on the Bradford Council Mental Health Supported Living Framework, operating several high-quality properties across the Bradford district.
What often surprises people is that we actively welcome referrals for individuals with the most complex or challenging presentations. The reason for this is simple — we have a specialist multidisciplinary team with extensive experience in managing and stabilising high-risk and high-need service users. Our staff are trained in Positive Behaviour Support (PBS), trauma-informed care, and mental health crisis management, enabling us to create structured, safe, and sustainable placements even where others have struggled.
We work in close partnership with social care, NHS, and community teams to ensure every placement is person-centred, well-coordinated, and focused on long-term stability and recovery.
We would very much welcome the opportunity to work together and explore how Sygma Healthcare can support your team with complex or step-down placements across the Bradford area.
