Creative Support is on the Mental Health Supported Living provider list for CBMDC.

Creative Support is a not-for-profit organisation promoting the independence, inclusion and wellbeing of people with care and support needs.  We offer supported living for people with Mental Health needs in the Bradford district including support in their own home and in supported accommodation.
We support promoting recovery, rehabilitation and empowering service users to move on to greater independence.

What do we offer?

We offer CQC regulated support.  Our support includes personal 1-1 hours and shared day/night support.  We support individuals with the ultimate goal to develop their skills to live independently in the community.

Who do we support?

Individuals 18+ with a primary mental health diagnosis with eligible care needs.  Clients with additional needs are considered on a case-by-case basis.

How can you access this service?

Referrals should be made by allocated Social Worker or CPN. If no allocated worker please contact your relevant community mental health team.

What facilities do we have?

We have properties available including self-contained flats and houses with communal areas.

How is the service managed, Housing or Care?

Commissioned Care is delivered by Creative Support.  Tenancies are either with Creative Support Ltd. or with housing associations.

What is the size of the setting/building?

28 Self-contained units Daisy Hill. Office on site. 24/7 staff on site 20 Self-contained units Keighley. Office on site. 24/7 staff on site 3 shared houses in Shipley and Idle.  Shared support between 3 - 5 people Several self-contained units in Bradford district with 1-1 personal hour support
