Priority Care Home facilitates Residential Care and Dementia Care in Bradford, located adjacent to the picturesque Lister Park, near Bradford city centre. Set within the 4.5-acre complex of Bolton Royd, Priority Care was previously occupied by Bradford College as the adult and community learning centre, before being renovated into a modern care home, designed specifically for the needs and requirements of dementia residents. Our 24/7 residential care home is specific to elderly care and care for seniors aged 65 and over.

How can you access this service?
The home has an equal opportunities policy which mean that any person has a right to apply for a place at the home and be treated equally and without favouritism, harassment or discrimination. No person applying for a place in the home will be refused admission on discriminatory ground because of their race, ethnicity, sexual orientation, skin colour, faith, religion or disability. All prospective residents will be assessed by an outside agency and a senior representative of the home to assess the suitability of the placement. This is to make sure that the resident can be cared for and their needs met by staff. If necessary an outside agency will be consulted in order to clarify suitability of placement. Where possible people will be assessed in their own home environment, and where possible asked if they would like to visit and take a meal in the home.
How long can we support you for?
Residential are supported whilst the home is able to meet the care and support needs of the person. Resident's have wishes to remain living at the home until end of life. Care staff provide Palliative Care.
