Supported Employment
Supported Employment is a specialist team of staff who support individuals in a person centered way to access work.Through completing a Vocational Profile assessment identifies what people’s skills and interests are which are then used to job match. Once a job is found tailored support is identified to assist individuals with gaining and sustaining their job. Having a job can make a real difference to a person’s life. It helps people to become more independent, build confidence and help them make informed choices about their future.
