I’m Heidi founder of ‘HP cleaning and support work’. After spending 15 years in banking it was time to take redundancy start my family and follow my dreams of offering a quality cleaning & support package to busy families, the elderly and more vulnerable.
We offer housekeeping packages to busy families and tailored support to those who need a little extra support around their home.
We don’t just clean we support to appointments, ensure correct benefits are being received, shopping, laundry/ ironing, liaise with professionals to ensure all needs are being met. The list is endless if we can, we will for our customers.
We have worked hard to be recognised as a dementia friendly organisation. All my staff have received specific training to allow them to support our customers with confidence and professionalism. All staff also hold Enhanced DBS, First Aid and Food Hygiene to name just a few of their key qualifications.
Building my business has been a passion, I pride myself on the training & support I provide to our staff. We have won national awards for our staff training. My amazing staff team are the heart of my business. The support they offer our clients is second to none. I’m extremely proud of my team.
For me the business allows me to support my three young children and gives me the flexibility to be there for them growing up. Hospitals appointments and all.
From one off cleans to regular daily support/ housekeeping packages we can deliver a bespoke person centred package.
