Bradford Cyrenians is commissioned by Bradford Metropolitan District Council to provide a range of supported accommodation services for those who are homeless or at risk of homelessness and require housing related support. We provide 50 units of supported accommodation for homeless men - 15 units in a 24-hour staffed hostel and 35 units of dispersed accommodation (Houses and flats) in our Supported Tenancies Service. We provide 10 units of dispersed accommodation (Houses and Flats) specifically for homeless high risk offenders in our Supported Tenancies Offenders Project for High Risk Offenders (STOP HRO) All units of accommodation are fully furnished and equipped for imediate occupation and our specialist Supported Housing Officers provide a comprehensive housing management service. Our staff provide 2 to 3 support sessions to each Service User per week in order to identify support needs and establish a person centred outcome focussed support plan and risk management plan. Staff work closely with other agencies to meet individual support needs, reduce risks and support Service Users through our tenancy ready framework in order that they are able and equipped to be re-housed and move on to independent living as soon as possible.

Referral into our homelss men and high risk offenders commissioned provisions has to be made via Bradford Council Housing Options Service.

Dependent on support needs and homelessness duty as determined by BMDC
