At SIL, we support and sustain the transition of people severely affected by mental illness, including psychotic, affective and personality disorders, from institutional settings to their own tenancy in the community. This enables people in recovery to live independently while receiving the exact package of support they need. Additional factors may include Drug and alcohol issues Depression, Anxiety, Physical health and mobility issues, Mild learning difficulties, Forensic history, Fire-setting history. Our person-centred recovery support is provided by our core on-site team of Recovery Support Workers, with additional support from our Quality and Practice team of mental health professionals (RMNs, Social Workers and OTs).

What do we offer?
Eldon Lodge is a development of 17 high-quality, self-contained flats in Bradford, providing accommodation and 24-hour support.
Who do we support?
Individuals 18+ with a primary mental health diagnosis who has been working towards their recovery and wanting to gain independence within a community setting, providing them with their own tenancy.
How can you access this service?
Referral via website or direct contact to the service made by a professional.
How long can we support you for?
No time limit. We are not a forever home and work on a recovery focused model with the ultimate goal to develop their skills to live independently in the community.
What facilities do we have?
Free car parking, CCTV, Communal Court Yard, Bike Shed, Secure fob system.
Do we offer respite care?
No.
How is the service managed, Housing or Care?
We work collectively with our landlord Inclusion Housing to manage the service together.
What is the size of the setting/building?
17 self-contained flats.
