what do we offer?
We provide CQC regulated supported living, Bradford district wide. We offer a comprehensive range of mental health services designed to empower individuals to live fulfilling, independent lives.
who do we support?
Individuals 18+ with a primary mental health diagnosis with eligible care needs. Clients with additional needs are considered on a case-by-case basis.
Referrals should be made by allocated Social Worker or CPN. If no allocated worker please contact your relevant community mental health team.
