Bradford Provider List
Lifeways provide support to adults aged 18 and over who live with learning disabilities and physical disabilities. Providing support to people within a number of supported living and residential settings across Bradford and Yorkshire. We are a preferred provider with the City of Bradford Council and currently support in excess of 40 people across the city with each persons' support tailored to their specific needs.

Who do we support?
Adults aged 18+ with learning disabilties and physical disabilities.
How can you access this service?
Contact our referrals email on referrals@lifeways.co.uk and one of our Referral and Assessment Practitioners will contact you to discuss what options are currently available.
How long can we support you for?
No time limits, we provide support as long as needed.
What facilities do we have?
Supported living flats with core support on site 24 hours a day, shared houses with support on site 24 hours a day. We also offer residential care to adults with additional and complex presentations with an emphasis on increasing independence and moving back into supported living or home.
Do we offer respite care?
No, however our residential services closeby in Wakefield can provide support to adults with additional complex presentations on a regular weekly or two weekly basis if this is on set days
How is the service managed, Housing or Care?
We provide support within supported living settings - we do not provide domicilarly care
What is the size of the setting/building?
We have a range of settings from small shared to flat schemes. All supported living options provide adults with a tenancy from our Registered Housing partners.
What areas do we support in?
Our support workers, support people to increase independence, no matter how small that may be. We support people with; Budgeting, Shopping, cleaning, cooking, managing a tenancy daily activities, community inclusion, community transport, socialising, and seeking volunteering or work opportunities. We also support people with their personal health, medication and hygeine needs. We are able to support people with moving and handling needs, peg feeding, diabetes and epilepsy management. We do not provide nursing care.
Additional Information
To be able to proceed with potential referrals, individuals must have a social worker assigned to their case.
