St. Anne’s Community Services (St Anne’s) is a charity that is committed to enabling people to live their best life. We provide continuous care and support to people in supported living services across the North of England. Support is aimed at assisting individuals maintain and develop new skills, with the goal of promoting self-reliance and confidence, helping you realise  vision of “A life without limits, for the people we support.”
