Scope Healthcare provides tailored personal care and community based support for service users living in a supported living setting. Our goal is to help individuals live as independently as possible in their own settings, with 24/7 support available whenever needed.

As a CQC-regulated provider, we deliver care and support to the highest standards, ensuring safety, quality, and dignity at all times. 

Our Support Includes:

  • Managing Finances – Help with budgeting, paying bills, and managing money while maintaining independence.

  • Health & Well-being – Support with medical appointments, medication management, and adopting healthy lifestyles.

  • Community Access – Encouraging participation in local activities, events, and social connections to reduce isolation.

  • Cooking & Shopping – Assistance with meal planning, cooking, and grocery shopping to promote independence and healthy eating.

Personal Care – Assistance with daily personal needs such as bathing, dressing, toileting, and hygiene routines while respecting privacy and independence.
Our dedicated team works alongside the service users, their family or advocates,social workers and any healthcare professionals to build confidence, develop skills, and create a safe, supportive environment where they can truly thrive.
