What do we offer?
Chellowfield Court offers independent service users a private tenancy within the community. Staff provide 1:1 support along side their person centered support plan and local authority contract.
Who do we support?
Chellowfield Court offers 1:1 support with service user who have a mental health diagnosis.
How can you access this service?
Service users allocated profesionals can contact the service directly to make a referal.
How long can we support you for?
Chellowfield Court staff will provide support to all service user for as long as their individual contract states.
What facilities do we have?
Service users will have their own private tenancy, they will have access to a communal room where they can relax, play games watch television, read books within their support time or outside of support time.

Chellowfield court is managed by a supported living care manager.
What is the size of the setting/building?
There are 62 flats on site open to the members of the public and service users with additional needs.
