What do we offer?
We provide person-centred support for adults and young people with learning disabilities and additional needs. Our services include daily living support, community engagement, complex care, positive behaviour support, and help to develop independence, life skills and wellbeing. Support is fully tailored to each individual’s needs, goals and preferences.
Who do we support?
We support adults and young people who have learning disabilities, autism, complex health conditions, physical disabilities, mental health needs, or behaviours that may be challenging. Our service is flexible and designed to meet a wide range of support requirements, from low-level assistance to complex and intensive care.
How can you access this service?
You can access our services through a referral from your local authority, social worker, NHS professional, or by contacting us directly. We also accept private/self-funded referrals. Our team will complete an initial assessment to understand your needs and create a personalised support plan.
How long can we support you for?
We can provide support for as long as you need us—from short-term, outcome-focused support to long-term, ongoing care. Our services are designed to adapt over time to meet changing needs and goals.
