Alongside a day service, we provide employment support and volunteering opportunities for individuals.
All our activities will be adapted to the preference and abilities of individuals. Prioritising service users' comfort and well-being in chosen activities is paramount within our organisation.

Personalised care plans: At Dream Big, Aim High's Noor service, we understand that every individual is unique. Our services are built on personalised care plans tailored to meet the specific needs and aspirations of each participant.
Comprehensive programmes: Our extensive range of recreational and social activities, running from Monday to Saturday, ensures that participants are engaged and enjoying a variety of enriching experiences that contribute to their personal growth.
Life skills and independence: Our primary goal is to foster independence by helping individuals develop essential life skills. We believe in equipping participants with the tools they need to navigate daily life confidently.
Collaborative care: We take a collaborative approach, working closely with families, carers, social workers, and other stakeholders. Your input is valuable to us, and we strive to create a holistic support system.
Bilingual and friendly staff: Our team comprises of fully trained and bilingual staff dedicated to creating a friendly and accommodating environment. We believe in building strong relationships with people using our services and promoting a sense of belonging.
Transportation services: For added convenience, we provide transportation services, ensuring that participants can easily access our programs. While there is an additional cost, the peace of mind and accessibility it offers are invaluable.
Regular reviews: Our commitment to continuous improvement means that we conduct regular reviews to adapt our services based on individual progress and changing needs. We believe in staying proactive to provide the best support possible.
Service Charge: We are on Bradford Council's provider list, and our costs are all aligned with the prices set by the council.
