A session for people with Fibromyalgia, held at the Sedbergh Youth & Community Centre on the 2nd Monday of the month, for kindred support and fun social activities.
Light hearted activities including quizzes and games, plus information sharing and exchange of ideas within the group.
Please note that we are not medically qualified, this is a light hearted, support giving session.
