African Caribbean Wellbeing Café and Outreach Support

The African Caribbean Wellbeing Café and Outreach Support is a vibrant and welcoming community group, offering a seamless blend of activities, information, and companionship for African and African Caribbean elders and anyone else who would like to join us across the City of Bradford.  The Cafe is volunteer led and meets on the third monday of every month at St Paul's CommunityChurch Hall, St Paul's Church, Manningham, BD8 7PH from 12pm to 3.30PM. For those who need transportation, an access bus is available to help elders to get to and from the Cafe with ease.

Our elders enjoy a wide variety of activities to keep their bodies and minds active. Exercise sessions takes place every third Wednesday at the Cafe' with aditional sessions held online vis Zom every first, second and forth Wednesday from 3pm to 4pm creating an oppertunity to always keep moving no matter where they are.

As well as keepingt fit, there's plenty of fun to be had! Elders also enjoy: Board games, Bingo, Arts and crafts Day excursions and much more.

Ofcourse, every session ends with a delicious, warm Caribbean meal shared together because god food and good company go hyand in hand.

Cost

There is a contribution of £3 however no one is denied entry if they are unable to contribute.

The African & African Caribbean Wellbeing Cafe sessions are held third Wednesday of every month 12-3.30pm and weekly exercise sessions on the other Wednesdays via Zoom from 3-4pm.
