We want to help and support those with vulnerabilities including those with Learning Disabilities, physical disabilities, elder people or mental health to live their best life by:
• Companionship – to feel less lonely/ isolated.
• Be more connected within the community.
• Become more independent.
• Improve mental and physical wellbeing.
• Become healthier and happier.
We offer someone caring a nd of similar interests and hobbies to be paired up with you. This will help develop friendships, build a positive social support and reduce social isolation. We can support you to go to the following:
• Swimming
• Cinema
• Shopping
• Meals out
• Walks
Our aim is to support those most vulnerable integrate into society. We are led by you and what you would like to do.
