PeerTalk Peer Support Group
PeerTalk offers weekly volunteer-facilitated groups for adults (18+) experiencing anxiety, depression or related distress.
The group is a friendly, safe and non-judgemental space for anyone experiencing emotional distress to attend, offload, and be supported by others who may have had similar experiences.
The group meets weekly on a Thursday at Aldersgate Methodist Church in Low Moor, 7.30-9pm. There's no referrals or bookings required, you simply show up and will be made most welcome.
