Our mission is to provide comprehensive support to vulnerable individuals, including those elderly individuals facing dementia, as well as families and children in financial need. We offer tailored solutions, including dementia-friendly advice, resource referrals, and specific projects for those affected by dementia, pending funding availability. Additionally, we've expanded to provide mental health support for families caring for elderly members with dementia. We are also working to deliver Dementia Caregiver Training Workshops. Through partnerships with organisations like Bradford College, University of Bradford, and the NHS, we offer a range of resources, including education, job training, financial aid, and dementia care resources. Our unwavering commitment is to empower families, provide vital dementia support, and offer essential resources for healthy lives. We tirelessly strive to ensure every family and elderly individual, particularly those impacted by dementia, access the customised support needed for their well-being.
