Creative Stroke Recovery Group

The Creative Stroke Recovery Group (CSRG) are a rebellious & daring bunch who enjoy challenging themselves; mentally & physically whilst fighting the stigma of stroke and living with the condition.

They formed as a response to a lack of creative respite for those recovering from stroke. The group is member led & is primarily focused on the importance of mutual support & friendship for a better quality of life and supported by Equality Together.

The group meets weekly, it is welcoming, improves wellbeing, it has warmth for all & stops our carers from worrying as we are safe whilst giving them a break.
