African Caribbean Wellbeing Café and Outreach Support
The African Caribbean Wellbeing Café and Outreach Support is a vibrant elders group that provides culturally appropriate activities and information for but not exclusively the African Caribbean elders across the city of Bradford. Activities include, exercise, session at the café on 3rd Wednesdays and on Zoom 1st 2nd and 4th Wednesdays. Elders also participate in fun activities such as, playing board games and Bingo, they engage in arts and crafts sessions, going to the theatre, going on day excursions and shopping trips. They also enjoy cultural celebratory events and Christmas dinner parties, and a warm Caribbean lunch together.
When
The sessions are held at St Pauls Community Church All Manningham BD8 7LS on 3rd Wednesdays from 11am to 3.30.pm. Some elders rely on the Access Bus for transportation to and from the Café.
Cost
There is a contribution of £2 however no one is denied entry if they are unable to contribute.
