SNOOP- Special Needs Outreach Objective Project

SNOOP, based in Eccleshill, Bradford offers a range of services for children and young adults with learning disabilities ranging from the age of 3 to 25 years +.Snoop’s vision is for a society where people with learning disabilities and their parent/carers feel valued, supported and enabled to have a good life with the same chances and opportunities as any other person. Our mission is to give personalised support to young people with learning disabilities and their parents/carers by providing a wide range of services which aim to meet each individual needs. SNOOP is the only provider of both children’s and adult’s learning disability provision in Bradford. Services include After School Childcare, (open 5 evenings per week 3-6pm) with a wide range of activities such as sports, interactive and traditional games, multi-sensory play and outdoor play. Young adult services (open 5 days per week 9-5pm) based around the adults needs and interests, with an emphasis on independence, life skills, social skills, and fun. We run a youth club one evening per week, a preparation for adulthood session and offer parent-carer support. We also have a sensory room, soft play area and a climbing wall.
