European Wellbeing Cafe
A supportive monthly group for older people from Eastern and Central European backgrounds for light lunch and sociall activities. Suitable for people experiencing depression, anxiety, and loneliness/ isolation, dementia and their carers. During the session people can take part in seated exercises, play games, listen to relevant speakers as well as accessing information and support. Volunteers and coordinators speak community languages.
