Mens Social Group
Men between the ages of 35-50 years old that struggle wih mental health issues, addictions, isolation, loneliness etc can come to the Sandale Community Hub for our drop in sessions where we provide information or support by befriending and building connections to help tackle any issues that you may be struggling with. We provide hot meals and drinks with various games and activities whilst offering our support.
