Our Dementia Hub & Carers Club is a friendly, safe space for people living with dementia and their carers. We meet every Thursday from 11am – 1pm at the Girlington Centre, and everyone is welcome.

Each week we offer a mix of memory games and fun activities designed to keep the mind active, as well as plenty of time to enjoy a cup of tea or coffee and a chat. It’s a chance to relax, connect, and share experiences with others who truly understand.

For carers, it’s also an opportunity to find support, advice, and reassurance, knowing you’re not alone. Whether you’d like to talk, listen, or simply spend time in the company of like-minded people, our club provides a caring community where friendships can grow.

We aim to make every session enjoyable, supportive, and uplifting – a place where both those living with dementia and their carers can feel valued, understood, and at ease.
