I'm a personal trainer based in Bradford who specialises in supporting people to access fitness in a way that works for them.

I understand that starting a fitness journey can feel overwhelming or intimidating, especially if traditional gym environments haven't felt welcoming or accessible to you. That's why I take a person-centred approach, working with you to find activities and routines that are meaningful, enjoyable, and tailored to your unique needs and goals.

I truly believe that fitness is for everyone, and I'm here to support you every step of the way - whether you're looking to build strength, improve your wellbeing, or simply find a way to move that feels good for you.

What I offer:

  • - One-to-one personal training sessions (these can be at home if you're more comfortable there!)
  • - Neurodivergent-friendly approach with clear communication and flexible pacing
