Free Flow Movement Sessions at Mind the Gap
Free Flow is a feel-good session that will include some gentle movement and focus on well-being. As well as movement, we’ll use music and art to create a relaxed environment. It’ll suit anyone who wants to spend a bit of time on self-care.
- Who is it for: Free Flow is aimed at people over 18 years of age with a learning disability and/or autism.
