Wellbeing Group
The Wellbeing Group provides support to elderly women aged 55+ to reduce isolation and improve wellbeing.
The women take part in several sessions including Dance On sessions with Yorkshire Dance on Tuesdays, knitting, socialising, and more.
The Wellbeing Group takes place every Tuesday, 10:30am-2pm at WomenZone.
£2.00 entry fee with an option of paid lunch
