Silverlinks Day Groups

A social Day Group for older adults taking place in Keighley Town centre. The day groups runs from 10.30 - 2.30pm on Wednesdays and Thursdays each week.
Costs: £20 with return transport (*route specific) or £15 without.
Including: all day refreshments and a two-course hot meal cooked fresh on the premises.
There are a wide range of activities to stimulate body and mind including: exercise and coordination, singing and dancing, reminiscence, brain health, pool, day trips and excursions.
People attend the group for many different reasons, but everyone agrees that they come to see other people their own age, to get out of the same four walls and have a good natter.
Staff and volunteers are available to support people with activities and to help them get the most out of their day. We have an escort to assist people on/off the minibus.
