Carers' Community Hub
A welcoming group at the Sedbergh Youth & Community Centre, on the 3rd Monday of every month (12.30-14.30) for carers and their friends to meet up for a light hearted session, have a friendly natter, enjoy some refreshments and a cuppa.
Get together for quizzes, games and a chance to share plus updated information and support. Meet other carers and do something for you!
