Yaarana - Older South Asian Men's Group

The Yaarana project provides wellbeing support to older South Asian Men with Learning Disabilities and/or with Mental health related challenges. The project attendees can access a range of free activities including; Seated exercise, dance and singing, guided mediation classes for relaxation, social day visits to Bradfords iconic places, arts & crafts sessions, welfare advice and much more.
