The Mindfulness Garden 8-week course
Our free 8-week Mindfulness Garden course for folk over 50 and carers of any age incorporates breathwork meditation, nature connection, food growing and relaxing in nature. Aimed at beginners to mindfulness and those more experienced. The gardening activities suit a range of different abilities and energy levels. Shelter, blankets and refreshments including hot drinks are provided. We’d love for you to join us!
