Connect to Support Directories

Connect to Support has two directories for services, they are as follows:

The Community Directory is intended to showcase free or low-cost groups and activities available across the Bradford District.  Some of these services are funded by Local Community Support Grant or Local Friendship Grant and services supporting Unpaid Carers can also be found here.

The Social Care Directory is intended to showcase Council contracted services within the Bradford District. Such services include Care Homes, Home Support, Extra Care and Supported Living (all of which are CQC-regulated) as well as Daytime Activities and Advocacy services.

Any service request, either to add a new entry or to update an entry, should be sent through the system to our team, for review and authorisation, before going live on the public directory. If your request has not been reviewed within three working days, please contact connecttosupport@bradford.gov.uk

Once ready, use the link below to sign up your group or activity:

Please note that the above sign up is per activity, not per organisation, if your organisation provides multiple activities or groups, for example fitness group and wellbeing cafe, these will require two separate requests.

Any requests that are deemed inapproporiate will be rejected, you will receive an email as to why this has been rejected and our advice on what should be submitted.
